This agreement aimed to resolve litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Civil Action No. 2:09-cv-00354-TJW. The patented technology in this litigation comes to LEDs and to light transformers for efficiently directing and redistributing light from a light source.
