The  three-day SEMICON Taiwan 2010 is going to hold in Taipei and over 2,300 people have signed up to attend.

It is estimated to draw around 30,000 visitors this year to shop from 500 exhibitors or so. During the show, 50 technology workshops and forums will be held to address topics including micro electro mechanical systems, 3D, advanced IC testing and packaging, LED process, eco-friendly process, chemical-mechanical planarization, and compound semiconductor.
