Bridgelux(R) has chose Electro Scientific Industries(ESI) 's fully automated wafer scriber, the AccuScribe(R) 2150P to support the manufacturing of its LEDs in the United States.

The 2150P is a cost-effective, automated laser system that enables consistent and uniform die-scribed LEDs at a controlled depth resulting in superior die singulation yield for LED manufacturers.
 
It will play an important role as Bridgelux ramps manufacturing at its new advanced technology LED design and manufacturing center in Livermore, Calif.
