According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Livermore-based LED lighting company Bridgelux has raised nearly $21 million in a new round of funding.
Bridgelux mainly makes LED lighting for commercial use. According to analysts cited by the company, the worldwide market for LED lighting will grow to as much as $25 billion by 2020.
