Mitsubishi Electric Corporation has released its 8.4-inch, SVGA and XGA color TFT-LCD modules featuring white LED, a long backlight life for industrial use. According to the company, the new product can offer super high brightness and a wide operational temperature range, allowing it to be used in severe, outdoor environments.
