LED and laser technology company Soraa, has recently purchased three Plasma-Therm systems including a 790+ RIE, VERSALINE PECVD and VERSALINE ICP to provide plasma deposition and etch steps in it wafer fabrication process.
Currently, the company is rapidly expanding its U.S. based manufacturing capacity in preparation for volume production.
