The Ring Clock created quite a stir when it first debuted on the internet in 2011. After two years of tweaking and refining, the Ring Clock is finally ready to go into production. According to the kickstarter website Indiegogo, the ring is equipped with energy-saving LEDs to make the ring eco-friendly and energy efficient.

The ring is made from surgical stainless steel making it allergy free and water resistant. To not waste energy, after one minute of inactivity, the ring will turn off but can be reactivated by rotating. This allows the ring to have a total running time of one week. It comes with a Qi wireless power charger pad and has a battery life of three years.
