Chinese LED manufacturer Silan Microelectronics (Silan) recently announced net profits soared in 2014 by 30% to 50% compared to the same period in 2013.

The company’s IC power drivers, driver components, LED chip and end product shipments maintained high growth rates throughout 2014, said Silan. As a result, the company’s product profitability has significantly improved.
