The 'Sentry' LED strobe is powered by two common 'D' size dry cell batteries providing more than 100 hours of life for this convenient portable warning lamp.
Small in size with just 106mm base diameter and 119mm height, the lamp comes complete with a strong magnetic base. It also has a heavy duty cord attached to the lens, allowing it to be tied on or suspended providing great versatility when placing it on site. Making it even more versatile is a base mounted handle which can be substituted by removing the magnetic base. This 45mm diameter handle not only allows the strobe to be used as a traffic hand wand but it also fits into the opening of large traffic cones.
An on/off weatherproof switch complete with a rubber boot is featured and an internal slide switch activates a light sensor, turning the lamp on when darkness descends and off when daylight returns. This allows the lamp to be left on site and in use only when required, without draining the batteries during daylight hours.
