Bright LED Electronics is sampling its LED street lamps with customers in Southeast Asia, including Thailand and Vietnam, and the company expects to receive orders in the second quarter of this year.

right LED expects to receive orders of 1,000 LED street lamps with a 30~100lm/W light efficiency from Thailand in the second quarter, and the company expects to receive orders for about 10,000 units to Thailand overall.
Bright LED shipped LED street lamps, mostly for 40~60lm/W light efficiency products, to the China market in 2007. Bright LED has also received orders for street lamps with an efficiency of more than 80lm/W LED in 2008 and the company is sending its LED street lamp with a 100 lm/W light efficiency to China for examination.
