The Philippines'first ever electronic billboard has been installed by Globaltronics on the Insular Life Building in Makati City.
The LED based system is 30 metres in length and 1.5 metres high. It runs the local stock exchange ticker tape, and other relevant stock market information, breaking news, traffic information, weather and other public service type announcements.
