It's reported that KINCROME Australia has released two ranges of workshop lights using fluorescent and cordless LED technology.

The "Fluoro" range includes four 240V fluorescent lamps, three of which have five metre leads and one with a 15m lead.The units differ in wattages, ranging from 13W up to the 26W featured by a twin fluorescent tube lamp. According to the company, the lamps have high impact shatterproof bodies, drop-resistant lenses, protective bumpers and ergonomic grip handles.

The lamps can be held in place while working by using hooks, while two models have detachable magnetic stands.The "Saberlight" range uses white LEDs and is composed of three cordless lamps with 18, 60 and 90 LEDs respectively. An additional model in the range is a 240V model with a five metre lead.

The cordless lamps have overcharge protection, removable base hooks, and triple-hex designed bodies to prevent rolling.
