Asia’s largest electronics sourcing show is sponsored by TAITRA and the Taiwan Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (TEEMA) and features nearly a thousand exhibitors who are using 2,000 booths spread over 12 distinct theme zones.

Major electronic companies include such all-stars as Teco, MediaTek, Macronix, Winband and Shilin Electric who will display their latest electronic parts, meters and instruments, heavy machinery and industrial equipment, wires and cables, testing products, consumer electronics, safety supervision materials, IC design, LED and lighting fixtures, computer and information products, peripherals and automobile electronics.

Special theme zones on future industry trends highlight this year’s venue with pavilions such as The LED Special Zone that spotlights energy-saving LED related products. It’s here were major brand exhibitors are located such as EVERLIGHT, the world’s seventh largest LED maker, and Taiwan Oasis along with well-known producers like SMD LED. There are also LED displays and LED-related parts from such key makers as Lenoo, Oracle, Powertronics, Tary, and Ten.

This exhibition fields Asia’s largest collection of LED-related products under one roof. Foreigners are strongly attracted to the Security Monitor Zone that features such famous names in the industry as Hunt, Soyal, Everspring, GKB, and GW Instek with their newly developed closed circuit monitor systems, digital cameras, image transmission equipments, lenses, protective guards and many more new products.

TAITRONICS has consistently striven to consolidate its lead as a major international show and has seamlessly plugged in its 48 branches around the world to create one of the most sophisticated marketing and promotional channels that attract huge numbers of foreign exhibitors. There will be more than 50 companies, with a combined purchase potential of US$50 million, searching the show for the latest in electronics.

During the show TAITRA has arranged for some 1,500 one-on-one business procurement meetings. In addition, the organizers have scheduled several seminars. These seminars reflect Taiwan’s strength in electronics to enhance even greater international cooperation in the future.

With the goal of improving international awareness and influence of Taiwan’s electronics-related products, TAITRA has also planned to simultaneously hold the Taiwan International RFID Application Exhibition and the first-ever Broadband Taiwan Show at the NANGANG Exhibition Hall. This year, TAITRA has invited experts representing the leading photoelectric brands from Spain, Japan, Norway, and China. A Solar Power Forum, on October 7, explores such topics as the current status and trends in the global solar power photo-electronics industry, solar cells, thin-membrane solar cells, and solar photo-electronic silicon materials.
