Macroblock will showcase its technology breakthroughs at Electronica 2008
The 2008 Beijing Olympics opening ceremony was illuminated by various LED applications which contributed to many LED magic shows and surprised all over the world. Among a giant LED paper scroll (22m W x147m L) , a masterpiece of carpet-like 1300m2 LED display (as shown in the picture) processing images gloriously, is produced by Beijing Leyard Electronics Technology, a leading manufacturer of LED displays in China. In order to perform images with fidelity, Leyard adopted Macroblock’s 570,000 LED drivers featured with S-PWM technology in their LED display.
