Welcome to attend the 2nd International Optical Film & High Performance Film (Shanghai) Expo, called OHFE2009 for short. It is the annual grand meeting for the professional optical film exhibition in the Asia-Pacific Region and is to be held by Zhengya Exhibition Co., Ltd. We are expecting your participation!

Background

The 1st OHFE held in Shenzhen initiated the grand professional meeting for optical film in the Asia-Pacific Region and was a complete success, featured by its internationalization, professionalization, high-level exhibitors, new exhibits, complete range, a great deal of trade volume and high deal rate! It attracted more than 120 enterprises to attend the expo and had an exhibition area of 7,000 square meters. The atmosphere of the expo was lively and over 9,000 professional audiences visited. Such well-known brand as Victrex plc, Fujicopian, Zhonghe, Sam Ji, AEE, Hong Kong Kaisheng, Hengli, BYE, CEN Electronic, Shun’an Coating and Yong’an Electrical Engineering participated in the exhibition. The expo received the professional audiences from over 10 countries (Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China (including Hong Kong & Taiwan), USA, EU member countries, etc.). The OHFE has been a key place for the optical film industry to develop exchange, expand trade and promote cooperation.

Backlight Film: Reflection film/sheet, diffusion film/sheet, prism sheet (prism film), lenticular sheet, brightness enhancement film, light shade film, wide-angle film, polarizing film, semipermeable membrane, polyimide film, etc.

Cling Film: Optical protective film, adhesive tape, shielding film, release film, optical cement, adhesive film & other adhesive materials, etc.

ITO Film: ITO film on touch screen, ITO film on plastic, conductive film, etc.

LCD Optical Compensation Film: Phase difference film, anti-reflection film, anti-glare film, etc.

Characteristics Enhancement Film: Brightness enhancement film, anti-reflective film, viewing angle adjustment film, etc.

Other Optical Films: Automobile window film, solar optical film, insulation film, holographic film, thermal film, translucent film, heat transfer film, lapping film, etc.

B. High-performance Film:

Focus on such high performance film as PI, PC, PET and PEN, industrial films applicable to electronic, electrical and printing & packaging industries. 

C. Film Forming/Processing Technology:

Film forming/processing related equipment & technical processing service. Precise coating technology, cutting, slitting & rewinding equipments, laminating & die-cutting equipments, winding & extrusion composite equipments, die stamping technology, drawbench, corona discharge treatment, surface treatment equipment, drying equipment, cleaning & protection system, analysis/measuring/testing instrument, equipment and related control system.  

D. Raw Materials and Chemical Products:

Raw materials and chemical products for film production including particles, color masterbatches, bond, silica gel, resin, varnish, printing ink and additive, etc.

Booth Package Costs

International standard booth：9 square meters (3m×3m) and T zone (for international exhibition zone), A Zone (for internal exhibition zone) and B Zone (for internal exhibition zone)

A Zone: RMB 8, 800 per booth for domestic companies  Raw Space: RMB900 per square meter for domestic companies

B Zone: RMB 8, 000 per booth for domestic companies  Raw Space: RMB800 per square meter for domestic companies

T Zone: USD2, 000 per booth for international exhibition zone  Raw Space: USD200 per square meter for international exhibition zone

The fee for standard booth: include the site, three-side exhibition board, one laminated fascia board, one negotiation table, two chairs, two spotlights, one outlet (220V) and one carpet, A 10% surcharge of the quoted price of standard booth is levied for the booth with two openings.

Raw Space: minimum rentable area is 36m2, and the exhibitors can design it by themselves. Electric power or negotiation table are prepared by themselves or can be rented. RMB20 per square meters for management fee and construction deposit should be handed to the exhibition hall.

Technical seminar: the exhibition organizer will organize several technical exchange meetings and special seminars, and carry out the international technology and economic trade exchange, advertisement and promote products. Exhibitors can apply for conferences and choose the topic for themselves. The charge is RMB 6000 per hour.

Expo publications and advertisements：

30,000 expo publications will be sent or mailed to the relevant units throughout the country free of charge.

Note: please mail the advertisement films (210mm×285mm) or design sample to the organizing committee by April 1, 2009.

Procedures for Participation

Exhibitors complete the application form → send by mail or fax to the organizing committee → within five working days remit the participation fees payable to the organizing committee and fax the remittance list as well→ the organizing committee arranges the booth according to the sequence of record and payment → booth will be fully established.

The committee will send “Exhibitors Membership Handbook” before April 1, 2009, please see details in conference reception, accommodation, exhibits consignment and other services.
