General information

LED industry has accomplished a new leap of its development in China and abroad and had a favorable market prospect. During Beijing Olympics in 2008, LED products and technology marked a new climax for the extensive application of the large-scale performance, display and decoration lighting. With the upcoming World Expo Shanghai 2010 and Guangzhou Asian Games 2010, and also the further recognition and application of LED, we believe that LED industry will see a flourishing future in the global market.

LED CHINA, as an indicator of LED industrial development in China, is the first worldwide show specialized in LED application. With over the five years development, LED CHINA has successfully provided an international one-stop trading platform for LED lighting, LED photoelectricity, LED package, and so on. Obtaining an increasing brand effect and the continuous fruitful results, the expo has earned the reputation of “the leading global event for LED Application” from the fellow colleagues in the world.

Previous Information

With 324 exhibitors (30% increase of last year) taking over 20,000 sq. m. exhibition space (100% increase of last year), LED CHINA 2009 was the largest that has ever been staged in the world.

Comparing with last edition, LED CHINA 2009 had 30% more exhibitors than last year and its exhibition area extended 100% than it was in year 2008. 40,499 domestic visitors and 5,516 oversea ones from 115 countries and regions attended our show. And the number of overseas visitors has set a new record. The delegations from the Spain, Vietnam, Turkey, Korea, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Uzbekistan, Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, Australia, India, and Taiwan, etc. also gave great support to LED CHINA 2009.

Booth Charges

Standard Booth: USD 3,000 / Booth (size: 3mX3m)

Notes:

1. The standard booths are premium booths with special build-up.

2. Basic Equipment for one standard booth: one information desk, one table, one bar chair, four chairs, four spotlights, carpet, an electrical socket (500W), and one wastebasket.

Raw Space ( min. 27 m2 ): USD 300 / m2

Notes:

1. Only space is provided. Exhibitors shall hire a contractor to build up the stand, apply for the lighting & power service, prepare for the carpet, etc. The fees of electricity, power supply and deposits should be remitted to the organizer’s bank account in advance. For details, please refer to the Exhibitor’s Manual.

2. The height of one-story stand should not exceed 4.5 meters; the height of two-story stand should not exceed 6 meters. Exhibitors who order 90 m2 or over can build up a two-story stand.
