The control system installed 13 years ago features 66 LED rear projection cubes (OL-271) in a 32 x 2 and 1 x 2 configuration, which are operated 24/7 to monitor over 2,750 journeys per day.
The system is to be upgraded next year with Barco's (ODL-721) laser-lit rear projection video wall technology, together with its CTRL platform. The installation will be supported by a 30-month maintenance contract.
The upgrade is designed to extend the video wall's lifespan by another 15 years.
